Our friendly staff will be happy to sit down with you and discuss a plan for exactly what you or your loved one may need. This may be just a few hours per week or full time assistance, you decide.

At Cooperative Care, we do our best to match a caregiver based on compatibility, interest, temperament and level of support needed. Team Leaders coordinate a mutually agreed upon schedule, regularly monitor quality of service and if for some reason your established caregiver cannot make it to work, we will provide an equally qualified substitute providing the same service you have come to expect. You will be able to reach us 24 hours a day using our emergency line.

We partner with other agencies that provide hospice and skilled nursing services. We will provide support in your home, nursing home, assisted living facility or in the hospital. Our experience includes work with hospice, persons with Alzheimer’s, autism, developmental disabilities and the elderly.
